Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 3-4 lb chicken piece.

Directions:

  1. COMBINE THE FIRST SIX INGREDIENTS. DIP CHIC. IN MILK, THEN ROLL IN CORNMEAL MIX. PLACE IN GREASED 13-IN. X 9-IN.X2-IN. PAN, DRIZZLE WITH BUTTER. BAKE, UNCOVERED, AT 375* FOR 50-55 MIN.
