Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice potatoes with mandolin slicer.
  3. Spread sliced potatoes in 11x7 pan (spray sides with Pam).
  4. Make white sauce. Melt 4 Tbs butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Remove from heat, stir in milk. Return to medium heat and stir constantly to boil, boil one minute. Add cheeses and stir until melted.
  5. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
  6. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes, covered.
  7. Melt 4 Tbs butter, add Panko and onion.
  8. Uncover and spread Panko mixture over top.
  9. Broil until Panko starts to brown.
