Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs and barbecue seasoning.
  2. Add chicken pieces, toss to coat and let stand 20 minutes.
  3. Mix crushed potato chips and cheese.
  4. Roll each chicken piece in dry mix to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange chicken pieces in a dry baking dish /in single layer/.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  7. Bake about 45 - 50 minutes.
