Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Heat pan to medium heat.
  2. Mix ingredients together with a whisk.
  3. Pour batter onto pan.
  4. Cook each side until light brown. 3-5 minutes.
