Ingredients:
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup hood carb countdown milk
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
Directions:
1. Heat pan to medium heat.
2. Mix ingredients together with a whisk.
3. Pour batter onto pan.
4. Cook each side until light brown. 3-5 minutes.
