Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix together well.
  2. Drop 1/2 batter on skillet and heat for 3 min per side.
  3. Serve with fruits.
