Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 280 ml milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seed

Directions:

  1. Heat oil and sauté the veg until the onion is transparent.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
  4. Liquidise and thin with milk if desired.
