  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Cook kale in lightly salted boiling water, 3 minutes or until tender. Drain and run under cold water.
  2. In saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add leeks and cook 5 minutes. Add remaining butter, flour, cream and milk. Cook until thick, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in kale and cheese. Spoon into casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
