Creamy Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together in a pan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add oatmeal and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. When oatmeal reaches desired consistency, remove from heat and add berries.
  4. Cover and let set for 2-3 minutes to warm berries through.
  5. Enjoy!
