Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Add the milk, lemon juice, and vanilla and beat until thoroughly combined.
  3. Slice 2 bananas and drain the can of mandarin oranges.
  4. Line the pie shell with 2/3 of the orange slices and the bananas.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mix over the fruit.
  6. Chill the pie and remaining fruit.
  7. When serving, slice the remaining banana and decorate the pie with the remaining oranges and banana slices.
  8. Add whipped topping if desired.
