Creamed Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Peel eggs and slice into 1/4 thick rings then melt butter in skillet and add milk.
  2. Gradually stir in flour and cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  3. Add eggs then season with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.
  4. Serve on hot fresh biscuits.
