Creamed Eggs Chipped Beef On Toast

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter blend in flour add milk stir over direct heat untill sauce boils and thickens
  2. Add quartered hard cooked eggs and chipped beef
  3. Then place over boiling water untill heated throughly
  4. Add salt if requried
  5. Serve on hot toast 5 servings
