Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Warm corn in saucepan over medium heat - DON'T OVERCOOK!!! Drain the corn; Put butter and cream cheese back into the pan to melt together; Add salt/pepper; Add mixture to the drained corn in a casserole dish; Bake/reheat as necessary; Spinkle with parsley for color -
