Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light raisins
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to the boiling point and boil rapidly, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, stirring accasionally.
  3. Serve chilled.
