  • 1 tsp egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp splenda
  • 1/8 apple

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Use as much for as many servings you want mixing to a thick batter.
  3. Bake it at 350 10-15 minutes.
