Cracked Wheat W/ Dates and Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup. uncooked wheat
  • 1/4 cup. yogurt
  • 2/3 cup. water

Directions:

  1. Combine wheat, chopped dates and water in a small sauce pan. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes. Add yogurt.
