  1. First put the cream cheese in a bowl to let it get soft and set aside.
  2. Then add the onion, crabmeat, scallion, garlic, and steak sauce. then take 1 tsp of the crab mixture and put in the wonton wrapper and fold diagonally and pinch to seal shut.
  3. In a pan heat enough oil for frying.
  4. When the oil is hot place wontons in oil and fry 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Enjoy!
