Directions:

  1. Mix crab meat, bread crumbs, onions, cheese, salt, parsley and chopped mushroom stems.
  2. Add beaten egg and hot sauce then stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
  3. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes then serve hot.
