Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a food processor,or by hand finely chop each vegetable
  2. Place vegetables in a large bowl
  3. Then in food processor finely chop the imitation seafood along with the tuna
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Bind with good quality mayo, juice from a fresh lemon and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Note: I served the salad in a large white ceramic fish tray and garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley
