Crab and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp bruinoise red peppers
  • 2 tbsp bruinoise yellow peppers
  • 2 tbsp bruinoise red onions
  • 3 tbsp wasabi aioli
  • 1 tsp slivered chives
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix picked crabmeat with aioli, chives, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut avocados in half.
  3. Scoop out meat.
  4. Mash slightly with a fork with lime juice, brunoise vegetables, salt and pepper.
  5. On a plate, fan sliced cucumbers.
  6. Place avocados in center.
  7. Place crab on the avocado.
  8. Sesame cracker on top.
  9. With herbs or baby lettuce garnish.
  10. Around the outside of the plate, dot aioli alternating with cherry tomatoes.
  11. Sprinkle black sesame seeds.
  12. And Serve.
