Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Drain and crumble; reserve drippings.
  2. Saute green pepper, onion and garlic in drippings.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until brown stirring frequently.
  4. Add tomatoes and potatoes.
  5. Cook, covered for 30 minutes.
  6. Add corn, beans, salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
