Ingredients:

  • 1 rounded tsp sage
  • 1 rounded tsp red pepper
  • 1 rounded tsp black pepper
  • 1 rounded tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Tell your butcher to grind the pork for sausage, OR you may prefer to grind it yourself!
  2. In large bowl, place gound pork
  3. Add seasonings to ground pork
  4. Mix well with utensil or hands
  5. Let set in refrigerator a few hours before cooking or make into patties and stack, placing waxed paper between slices
  6. When ready to cook, place patties in frying pan and fry as usual
  7. NOTE: This is a very simple, old country Pork Sausage Recipe that was given to me years ago. And it was old then.
