Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil water in a very large steam kettle on a stove or outdoor cooker.
  2. Season water with fresh lemon juice and seasonings.
  3. When water is boiling, add potatoes, sausage, scallions and onions.
  4. Bring back to boil and cook until almost tender.
  5. Add corn and crab legs and boil 5 minutes more.
  6. Add shrimp and simmer about 4 minutes longer, or until shrimp are cooked.
  7. Drain and serve.
