Ingredients:

  • 1 container small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 to 2 cucumbers , depending on size of serving desired
  • 1 to 3 jalapenos, chopped , to taste
  • salt and pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Pour cottage cheese in bowl. Peel and dice up cucumber. Add to bowl. Chop jalapenos (don't ditch the seeds, unless you can't handle the heat!). Add to bowl. Add the white onions according to taste. Add salt and pepper. Mix together. This will get hotter the longer the jalapenos set, so if eaten immediately, it may not be as spicy as it would be the next day. This chills well, so keep it in the fridge until its no longer wanted!
