Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Drain cottage cheese well put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Turn blender to high speed until batter is smooth.
  3. Pour onto hot griddle and brown on each side.
