Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 cups white corn

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325, grease a 2 quart baking dish.
  2. In bowl beat eggs, add butter, sugar,sugar and spices.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients, pour into baking dish.
  4. Bake 1 hour,15 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
