Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can corn (drained )
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) package jiffy cornbread mix

Directions:

  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.
  2. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR.
