Ingredients:

  • 2 cans white corn
  • 2 cans baby peas
  • 1 jar pimiento
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tomato (optional)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sweet 'n low
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar

Directions:

  1. Dice all veggies, add to drained corn and peas.
  2. Combine together oil, sweetner, and vinegar.
  3. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix completely refrigerate and serve chilled!
