Tomato and Cucumber Summer Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (2 1/4 oz) can black olives
  • 2 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Chop veggies in bite sized pieces.
  2. Drain olives and combine with veggies.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients together.
  4. Pour over salad and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
