Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked corn
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp. creamo of tartar
  • 1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Add: corn to beaten egg yolks mix flour .cayenne pepper , baking soda,sugar, salt combine with egg mixture stir in milk fold in egg whites beaten. with a pinch of salt and cream of tartar to soft peak stage.
  2. Fry in hot deep fat untill brown allowing 3 minutes on each side enjoy.
