Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter or 3 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Put the milk, eggs, and butter in a shaker and shake.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture in the shaker & shake hard until well blended.
  4. If too thick, add a little more milk.
  5. Pour about 1/3 c into a heated, oiled waffle maker.
