Ingredients:

  • 16 oz corn
  • 8 1/2 oz corn muffin mix
  • 4 oz corn oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together well (muffin mix last) in large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour into a souffle dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
