Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients (through salt) in a large bowl
  3. Combine cheese and remaining ingredients in a smaller bowl
  4. Stir with whisk, add to flour mixture; stir until just moistened
  5. Coat muffing cups with cooking spray
  6. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Cool on wire racks
