Ingredients:

  • 1 package zatarain's crab boil spices
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Take the leaves off the outside of the corn and cut each in half lengthwise. Peel the onions and cut in quarters. Cut the heads of garlic in half through the middle. Cut the lemon in quarters.
  2. Fill a crab boil or turkey fryer pot 3/4 full with water and add the spices, garlic, onions, lemon and salt. Bring to a vigorous boil, then add the corn and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Meawhile melt the butter and the old bay seasoning together and place in a large bowl.
  4. Drain corn from the pot when cooked and toss in the butter and old bay seasoning mixture.
