Cooked Potato Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in the top of a double boiler. In a separate container, mix together water and vinegar. Add vinegar mixture and eggs to dry mixture. Stir until thickened. Add butter.
