Cold Salmon Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of shaped pasta ( angel hair , linguine and spaghetti won'tsp work)
  • 1 can of salmon
  • 1 small can of chopped or sliced black olives
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta al dente and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix the salmon, black olives, onion and tomatoes together.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix with above ingredients.
  4. Take about 2 spoonfuls of mayo and mix into the mixture, it should be coated but not creamy.
  5. Add salt, pepper, dill and tarragon to taste.
  6. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour to cool. Be sure to cover it.
  7. When you take it out of the fridge, it may need a little mayo that's ok, just add to the mixture and serve.
