This is a great pasta salad during the summer when you don't want to cook and it's too hot to eat anything not cold.
Ingredients:
1 box of shaped pasta (angel hair, linguine and spaghetti won't work)
1 can of salmon or left over cooked salmon
1 small can of chopped or sliced black olives
1 small onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
mayo
salt & pepper to taste
tarragon
dill
Directions:
1. Cook pasta al dente and let cool.
2. In a mixing bowl mix the salmon, black olives, onion and tomatoes together.
3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix with above ingredients.
4. Take about 2 spoonfuls of mayo and mix into the mixture, it should be coated but not creamy.
5. Add salt, pepper, dill and tarragon to taste.
6. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour to cool. Be sure to cover it.
7. When you take it out of the fridge, it may need a little mayo that's ok, just add to the mixture and serve.
