Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package direction.
  2. It takes 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rotini pasta to make 2 cups of cooked pasta.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, onion, carrots and celery.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, place salmon.
  5. Pick through to remove bones and skin.
  6. Once salmon is picked through, mix in pickle relish, mayonnaise plain yogurt, and black pepper.
  7. Add salmon mixture to pasta; mix gently to blend flavors.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Gently stir again just before serving.
