Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 bag large pasta shells
  • 4 tbsp mc cormick salad supreme seasoning
  • 1 bottle 8ou of kraft seven seas viva italian salad dressing

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta until done...not mushy
  2. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into bite size pieces, peel the cucumber
  3. Put the tomatoes, cucumber, 4T of the salad supreme, the salad dressing and the 2 cans of the chicken (drained) into a large bowl , break up the chicken, mix well and put in the fridge.
  4. When pasta is done rinse in cold water until no heat is left.
  5. Mix the pasta into the bowl and refrigerate until cold.
  6. Enjoy 30min later. Stir well before serving. Do not substitute any of the ingredients. You can sprinkle parmesan cheese on the top if you want. This salad does NOT use any vegetables but some people do....like carrots, peppers, mushrooms etc....I personally do not like anything else but this original version. So good..you can not just have 1 bite!!
  7. (This is also known as Spaghetti Salad and you use Angel hair spaghetti and omit the chicken) and proceed the same way with the same ingredients)
  8. Some people like more dressing so be sure to use the whole 8 ounces of the seven seas viva italian and then you can put a little more if you want. The only way I can get this exact salad dressing is to order it online. Dont use a different dressing as it wont be the same!
