Coffee Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer set on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until well blended.
  3. Beat in the coffee mixture until well blended.
  4. Makes about 2 cups of frosting or enough to frost one 13x9 inch cake.
