Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cake mix, diet sprite, egg & 1 teaspoons coconut extract.
  2. Bake as directed on box.
  3. Whip fat free cream cheese and 1 tsp coconut extract (this will make a glaze like consistency.).
  4. Mix in powdered sugar.
  5. When cake is done poke holes in cake and spoon the glaze on the cake.
  6. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
