Vanilla Wafer Coconut Pecan Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar in mixer
  2. Add eggs one at a time
  3. Break vanilla wafers by hand or crush in blender
  4. Add alternately with milk to butter mixture
  5. Add coconut & pecans
  6. Bake in tube pan 1 hour & 15 minutes
