Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, finely grind Lime and Orange.
  2. Add remaining ingeds. and mix well.
  3. Chill at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve over or in your favourite salad OR
  5. As a dip for fruit, cake cubes, cookies, veggies...use your imagination!
  6. Refrigerate in a sealed container.
  7. Keeps for 3 weeks. lol
  8. You can use just the zest and juice for a cleaner flavour, but whole tastes pretty good, too.
