Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • for the topping
  • mix all ingredients except bananas in saucepan. heat gently to boiling over medium heat while stirring occasionally. remove from heat and stir in bananas until coated.

Directions:

  1. Ingredients Pancakes:
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 1/2 cup milk
  4. 2 tablespoons oil
  5. 2 cups flour
  6. 1/4 cup sugar
  7. 4 tablespoons cocoa
  8. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  9. For the Pancakes:
  10. Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in milk & oil. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon batter onto hot griddle. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve with warm topping.
