Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place bacon in pie shell, then sprinkle in cheese.
  2. In bowl, beat together eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour over the cheese.
  4. Break cold butter into small pieces over top.
  5. Bake in 375 oven 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
