Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 4 cups white flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Soak rasins in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain thouroughly.
  2. Add all ingredients in order listed (except the raisins - add those at the beep).
  3. Bake on 2 lb loaf, light or med crust, sweet settings on machine.
