Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk ( water ok)
  • 1 cup nuts ( pecans , wal , almonds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put everything, except the vanilla and nuts, in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage. Stir constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Turn out onto wax paper or silpat. Separate ones that are stuck together.
