Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Add oil and blend with pastry blender
  3. Add apples
  4. Add buttermilk
  5. Stir into a stiff dough
  6. Roll out and cut into 12 biscuits
  7. Place on cookie sheet
  8. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes
