Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Grease 8 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches.
  3. Cut 1/3 cup butter into flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, the baking powder and salt in large bowl, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until mixture looks like fine crumbs.
  4. Stir in just enough milk so dough leaves side of bowl and forms a ball.
  5. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead lightly 10 times.
  6. Roll into rectangle, 12x10 inches.
  7. Spread 3 tablespoons butter over rectangle.
  8. Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over rectangle.
  9. Cut rectangle crosswise into 6 strips, 10x2 inches.
  10. Stack strips; cut crosswise into 8 pieces. Place cut sides up in muffin cups.
  11. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Immediately remove from pan.
  13. Drizzle Powdered Sugar Glaze over warm biscuits. Serve warm.
