Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups of bisquick(divided )
  • 1 1/3 cups of milk(divided )
  • 2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp of milk

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES
  2. MIX 2 1/4 CUPS OF BISQUICK AND 2/3 CUPS OF MILK IN LARGE BOWL
  3. PLACE DOUGH IN BOTTOM OF LARGE CASSAROLE DISH
  4. SPREAD OUT EVENLY EDGE TO EDGE TO COVER ENTIRE BOTTOM OF CASSAROLE DISH
  5. SPREAD MARGERINE OR BUTTER OVER ENTIRE SURFACE OF DOUGH
  6. COMBINE BROWN SUGAR AND CINNAMON IN SEPERATE BOWL
  7. ADD TO TOP OF DOUGH SPREAD EVENLY EDGE TO EDGE
  8. MIX REMAINING 2 1/4 CUPS OF BISQUICK AND 2/3 CUPS OF MILK
  9. PLACE DOUGH ON TOP OF BROWN SUGAR MIXTURE AND SPREAD OVER TOP THIS WILL ONLY SPREAD HALF WAY TURN DOUGH OVER TO COAT WITH BROWN SUGAR AND PLACE ON WORK SURFACE AND ROLL FROM LONG END TO MAKE DOUGH LOG
  10. CUT DOUGH LOG INTO 12 EVENLY SPACED PIECES AND PLACE ON IN 9 X13 CAKE PAN PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES
  11. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET COOL ABOUT 30 MINUTES
  12. MIX 1 1/2 CUPS OF POWDERED SUGAR 1/2 TEASPOON OF VANILLA EXTRACT AND 2 TEASPOONS OF MILK TO MAKE ICING TO DRIZZLE OVER ENTIRE SURFACE.
